Any complaint can be made in complete confidence. We promise to investigate impartially and offer a clear and complete explanation.

If you were unable to resolve your concerns at the time of your appointment please write or email to the clinic manager stating the date and time of your appointment, the name of the person treating you, details of your complaint and any further comments or suggestions on improving our service to you.

Getting back to you

We aim to reply to your complaint within 7 working days.

We may suggest a meeting with you to talk through the issues and attempt to resolve them.

Your opinions and comments are important to us – good or bad


In the event of a significant disagreement which cannot be resolved internally the complainant will be advised to approach an external body eg for Diagnostic scanning this will be the Care Quality Commission, for therapists this will be the relevant professional body.
