Stan trained at the North London School of Sports Massage and is a member of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage(ISRM) and member of the General Council of Massage Therapy(GCMT).
Stan has been working with the London Wasps Rugby Club, elite athletes including Olympians, British Champions and former European and World Junior medallists as a sports massage practitioner to help top athletes perform at their best. He treats non athletic clients for musculo skeletal problems such as RSI, neck, shoulder, back pain and sciatica and general work related issues. He also provides his services at events such as the London Marathon and London Triathlon.

Deep Tissue Massage
We recommend this treatment for athletes or those involved in heavy physical activity or who have sustained a physical injury. A massage technique which focuses on the deeper layer of muscle tissue. It aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibres of the muscles, tendons and fascia. It helps to break up and eliminate scar tissue and focuses on more specific areas.

Swedish massage involves the use of hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve mental and physical health. On-Site Chair Massage
Popular at offices, conferences, workshops and social events. Chair massage decreases stress, promotes alertness, performance and productivity, reducing adverse effects associated with repetitive work tasks and prolonged sitting positions. The client is seated in a special ergonomically designed chair and remains fully clothed while their shoulders, neck, back, head and arms are massaged. No oils are used for this massage treatment
