REMEDIAL MASSAGE & METABOLIC TYPINGAngela Delglyn LCSP(Phys), GCMT, CMTA2,
Angela Delglyn practices a combination of Remedial Massage and Deep Lymphatic Therapy alongside Metabolic Typing. She is a member of the LCSP Register and the General Council for Massage Therapists and continues to expand her knowledge in ways that resonate with her beliefs in order to further help present and future clients.
Angela uses her skills to help solve structural problems by cleaning out the soft tissues and breaking down congestion, helping peel away some of the physical problems which have accrued over the years. She has a passion for helping clients discover how they can help themselves. The Massage
A very thorough treatment, from foot to head, designed primarily to improve function but also to increase your ability to hear the messages of your body and respond appropriately. The way each part of the body interacts and the effect of the mind upon the whole are considered as part of the treatment.
Angela works within the limitations of the client and never forces what the body is not ready to release. Work done with the body’s permission is far more effective than when it’s beaten into submission!
Suitable for improving specific musculoskeletal / soft tissue problems and general body maintenance.
Metabolic Typing Metabolic Typing gives you an individualised nutritional programe designed for your unique metabolism. Discovering your individual metabolism can be a real ‘aha’ moment in your life if you have struggled with low energy, digestive problems, food cravings, mood swings and poor immunity for some time, not to mention poor skin and hair condition.
Metabolic typing smashes the ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach enabling you to achieve progressively better health and look younger and generally perform better. By matching your food choices to the unique way your body works, you can feel better in many ways.
Following completion of an on-line questionnaire, a diet plan tailored to your individual metabolism is received, along with guidelines on it’s use and suggested menus. We spend time discussing the results and the practicalities of getting going, then you choose whether to work through the programe on your own for a while, or book a regular telephone slot to guide you in the right direction.
