Complaints Policy

The Verulam Clinic aims to provide the highest quality of care.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care we would like to receive your comments.  Your views are important to us and give us the opportunity to improve the service that we provide.

Hopefully you will have indicated your concerns and discussed these with the person responsible for your care at the time of your appointment.

Any complaint can be made in complete confidence.  We promise to investigate impartially and offer a clear and complete explanation.

If you were unable to resolve your concerns at the time of your appointment please write or email to the clinic manager stating the date and time of your appointment, the name of the person treating you, details of your complaint and any further comments or suggestions on improving our service to you.

Getting back to you

We aim to reply to your complaint within 7 working days. 

We may suggest a meeting with you to talk through the issues and attempt to resolve them.
