Preparing for the birth of your baby is a very important part of enjoying your pregnancy. At Verulam Clinic we hold two different couples classes, you can book in for either course however they do complement each other.

Active Birth Workshop & Hypnobirthing Classes

NEXT COURSE DATES:
Hypnobirthing courses will begin on 7th October & 11th November
Active Birth workshops are held on the following Sundays: 19th October, 9th November, 30th November & 13th December.

Hypnobirthing classes are limited to a maximum of 5 couples and are held on a Tuesday evening over 5 weeks. For more information click on the page dedicated to hypnobirthing

Active birth workshops are held on a Saturday or Sunday and are a single class for a maximum of 4 couples lasting 3 hours. For more information please click on the page dedicated to active birth
