Baby relex is a form of reflexology specifically adapted to the needs of babies and their tiny feet. It is easy to learn and a wonderful way for parents to bond with their babies. Treatment can assist in boosting the baby's immune system, help with problems such as teething, colic and constipation and has been found to improve the quality of life for babies with conditions such as asthma. Baby reflexology is an extremely safe, easy, "portable" and effective way to bring relief to you and your baby.
Classes are available in small groups or on an individual basis if preferred. The lessons usually take the form of weekly two-hour sessions over a period of three weeks. Each of the three lessons focuses on a particular theme: feeding and digestion, sleeping and comforting and finally, general well-being.
